This event was attended by 27 mothers and 3 fathers together with several babies, toddlers and older children.
The aim of the event was to provide current information and education about breastfeeding baby in a baby carrier.
Four experienced babywearing mothers were invited to do a demonstration using various baby carriers, showing the correct techniques and explaining the benefits and disadvantages of each type of carrier.

The programme started with Azlina Abdul Jalil giving an introduction and warm welcome to the group. Every mother was then given a chance to share briefly about their breastfeeding and babywearing knowledge or experience, as an ice-breaker.
The following baby carriers were shown and explained by the following speakers:
Ring Sling – Nor Fadzreen
Wrap – Missah Michelle Yabis-Sigar
Baby Pouch and Mei Tai – Kuai Tahir-Balinu
Soft-Structured Carrier (SSC) and Mei Tai – Farrah Rahim
Light refreshment was provided by Izyanti Razli and Gina Tsen.
A simple quiz was given by Azlina with prizes for each mother giving the correct answers handed out by Nik Nurul Rasyada.
Ruminah Senang prepared a simple and clear leaflet about babywearing which was given to every participant.
